For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “you” and “your” mean any website visitor, prospective buyer, equipment owner, seller, business contact or other individual whose personal information we collect through the Services.

GymTrader is an online marketplace and aggregator for used commercial fitness equipment. The Site is primarily used to display equipment, receive buyer inquiries, help buyers source equipment and receive equipment-listing submissions from equipment owners and approved sellers.

GymTrader does not ordinarily complete purchases or collect payment information through the Site. If you decide to proceed with a purchase, an experienced Fitness Depot Ottawa salesperson may contact you to confirm availability, condition, pricing and other transaction details. Any additional personal information collected to complete a purchase through Fitness Depot Ottawa is subject to the privacy practices and terms applicable to that transaction.

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve equipment and does not create a purchase contract.

If you submit equipment for possible listing on GymTrader, we may collect:

• Equipment descriptions
• Equipment brands, models, quantities and condition
• Pricing or expected pricing

• Information confirming that you own the equipment or are authorized to list it

Submitting equipment does not guarantee that it will be accepted, published or sold. GymTrader may contact you to confirm, correct or supplement the information provided.
